EXCELth's mission is to provide excellence in community-based health care that increases access, reduces health disparities, and improves outcomes in primary care.

The EXCELth Primary Care Network includes family health centers, family dental centers, a behavioral health program and mobile medical units that are located in underserved communities of New Orleans and Baton Rouge. Our focus is the provision of comprehensive, coordinated, quality and affordable health care services for the entire family.
