Expediente Rojo Project, Inc. is a grassroots, internationally recognized, non-profit organization dedicated to the prevention of crimes like human trafficking, domestic violence, child abused, hate crimes, cybercrimes, bullying and fraud in all its forms. 

Expediente Rojo Project Inc. is founded on the firm commitment that proper information and resources are paramount for a community that seeks to protect itself. It is our belief that the first step to equipping a community and preventing crime is public awareness. We have designed our Foros Educacionales to deliver educational forums regarding those crimes to which the Latino community is the most vulnerable, such as domestic violence, child abuse, human trafficking, and frauds among others. In hosting and presenting the Foros Educacionales, we also seek to build a bridge of communication and cooperation between the community residents and the law enforcement agencies and social service providers that serve these communities. Through our efforts and community partnerships we are alleviating previous mistrust and fear that prevented victims from speaking up.

We are both a resource and a source of information for the community. Our website is designed to alert the public of the dangers it faces on a daily basis, and facilitate the communication between the Spanish speaking community and local and national law enforcement agencies. 

Expediente Rojo Project Inc. is a trusted crime prevention leader because we are dedicated to reach those who are most vulnerable and marginalized. Our forums and events are always bilingual and held in accessible centers. We do not discriminate or turn anyone away regardless of race, ethnicity, or legal status.
