Future School Leaders Network

Founded in 2016 by Dr. A. Tracie Brown, the Future School Leaders Network (FSLN) is a non-profit organization dedicated to developing school leaders who are committed to changing outcomes for students. Since its inception, 140 school leaders have engaged in a year-long professional learning and mentorship through FSLN! Cohort members include teachers, counselors, assistant principals, principals, central office leaders, etc. and hail from more over 38 school districts and charter organizations across Texas and Florida. The cohort learning experience focus on developing personal leadership with a focus on leading self, leading others, and leading performance. In December 2019, we held our first Leadership Legacy Luncheon, with 150 attendees honoring educational leaders and our Shirley Offord Scholar. FSLN proudly supports cohort members as they advance in their chosen career path. To date, 60% of cohort members have been promoted to new roles since participating in our learning network. Cohort leaders have forged lasting personal and professional connections through their FSLN journey.
