HomeShare Clark County, WA is administered by Faith Partners For Housing (FP4H)

Our Mission is to expand affordable housing in Clark County, WA

1. There is existing housing all throughout Clark County in the form of spare bedrooms, finished basements, garage apartments or some other space in people's homes
2. Seniors or others may have space and could benefit from taking in a boarder
3. Gain rental income, get help with housing upkeep, have some company or perhaps be a mentor to a young person working to save up enough to get a home of their own
4. Home Sharing can increase self-reliance and combat social isolation

We use a web-platform and a process including background checks, a mutual expectations template and a month-to-month rental agreement. Home Hosts choose who to speak with and follow the process to find a compatible match.

We help with technical support to navigate the web-platform and, with funding, can cover the costs of background checks
