Families in Transition

An increasing number of our neighbors are reaching out for support at our food pantry each month. This year alone, we’ve seen a 10% increase in families accessing our food pantry. More than 300 households visit our food pantry on a weekly basis. Your support during NH Gives matters.  Despite rising demand for our services, thanks to you, individuals and families can turn to Families in Transition for support.
 

We are seeing a broader set of needs from people coming to Families in Transition. More often lately, individuals coming to our pantry and adult shelter are over the age of 65 or people who have jobs. In addition to men and women who have mental health or substance use disorders, there are women and men escaping domestic violence and children with parents who are trying their best to take care of them.
