Thank you for taking a look at Family Health Services, or FHS, your community health center and migrant health center based in the heart of the Magic Valley! Our clinics provide quality medical, dental, and behavioral health services to families and individuals across South Central Idaho from Rupert to Buhl to Fairfield and all the wonderful communities in between. In fact, FHS serves nearly 30,000 patients each year — nearly half of whom are uninsured — and we continue to grow each year. We offer a sliding fee for services based on family size and annual income and accept patients regardless of their ability to pay. In 2014, FHS opened our very first, in house 340B discount pharmacy at our 388 Martin St. clinic in Twin Falls. Our organization provides over $4 million in charity care to our communities nearly every year.

FHS understands the importance of integrated health care consisting of the "whole" patient, incorporating primary medical, dental, and behavioral health services into our model of patient care management. We collaborate with various community partners and service organizations all around South Central Idaho to provide educational health outreach and promote healthy communities. FHS has a dedicated staff of over 200 capable and compassionate employees who are eager to lend their education, skills, and expertise to the care of each patient. Our qualified care teams work diligently to provide comprehensive health care to all those who need it.

FHS is currently involved in programs through partnerships with March of Dimes Idaho chapter, the United Way, Children's Health Fund, Twin Falls Health Initiatives Trust, St. Luke's Community Improvement Fund, and Ronald McDonald House Charities of Idaho, Inc., among others. Each of these programs and partnerships plays an important role in promoting the good health of our communities.
