FAUNA is the driving force in animal rescue organization for Natchitoches Parish.
We currently have two facilities that house approximately 50 dogs, and have another 25+ dogs and cats in foster homes. The care of these dogs and cats as well as the maintenance of the facilities are provided primarily by volunteers and donations we collect throughout the year. Many of our animals are extreme medical cases, including bullet wounds and injuries that require extensive veterinary care.
We work tirelessly to serve the abused, abandoned, and neglected animals in Natchitoches Parish. We aim to be a voice for the voiceless!
