Fauquier Pride

Our history

Officially launched in 2023 - this movement has been a dream of our founder James Cornwell since his childhood. Growing up in Fauquier County, he one day dreamed of starting a group to help bring inclusion and acceptance to the small town of Warrenton, Virginia.

We are an events-based nonprofit, with a focus on education for social, physical, and mental well-being - all while celebrating what it means to be queer, proud, and human. Your donation means so much to us and the community we serve. With monies raised, we continue to advocate and create visibilty for the beautiful Queer Community in our town and county.
