The Fay Biccard Glick Neighborhood Center (FBGNC) is a 501c3 nonprofit agency that has been a pillar in the Crooked Creek community, since 1984.  Currently, FBGNC Board of Directors consist of eleven members. FBGNC‘s mission was created to promote civic, social and personal responsibility in the Crooked Creek area. FBGNC’s vision is to provide services that enhance the lives of individuals and families who live on Indianapolis’ northwest side.  Today, the center’s focus is on moving our programming into a direction that embraces the organization’s mission and values, while strategically introducing new and innovative programming for clients to gain a financially stable environment.  


In 2015, FBGNC adopted the “Family Campus” model.  This model focuses on improving the quality of life for all clients, whether young, aging, or the most vulnerable populations within our community.  Within the Family Campus Model, we are incorporating inter-generational engagement based programs which include but not limited to: dual language preschool programs, the introduction of Science, Technology, Engineering Art, Music and Math (STEAM) based curriculum into our before and aftercare programs, health initiatives and social service needs to support our families within Crooked Creek area.  As a Family Campus, we pride ourselves in creating an environment for the entire family to learn and grow.
