Fayette Regional Humane Society

 We work hard to save animals from homelessness, abuse and neglect. Every program helps animals to live a healthy, happy life. We rely on generous people to support our work.  Thank you! 

• We employ 4 Humane Agents who are available to respond to calls about abuse and neglect of domestic animals in Fayette and Ross Counties in Ohio. Many animal abusers are prosecuted because of our investigations.
• We find homes for over 1,000 cats and dogs every year
• We provide assistance for needy pet owners to spay and neuter their pets, as well as providing medical care for the pets of the most needy.
• We provide educational programs for schools & community organizations
• Through Operation Cat Snip, we have sterilized over 1,500 stray and feral cats,  significantly decreasing their numbers  as well as saving countless lives.
• We do all this without a shelter, using office space to house our Animal Care and Adoption Center as well as our surgical suite.
