Federation of Applachian Housing Inc

Fahe is a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) that focuses on improving life in Appalachia.  We do this through several ways including providing affordable housing, community development, funding, loan servicing, and through offering consulting to non-profits.  What makes Fahe unique is that we are membership organization made up of 52 non-profits across Kentucky, Tennessee, West Virginia, Virginia, and Alabama.  This members consist of home builders, housing authorities, and many others.  By working with our members, we are able to provide services not normally found in rural areas.  

We believe that everyone deserves clean water, medical care, quality housing and a community that nurtures the most vulnerable among.  Every year we are able to shape Appalachia into that dream by helping thousands of families. Please join us so that others can share in the lives that we all want.
