Feeding Finlay

Feeding Finlay is a non-profit/charitable organization that is dedicated and geared towards serving those in our community. Specifically, Feeding Finlay helps those who are currently homeless and residing in Finlay Park and other surrounding areas in the community. 

At Feeding Finlay, we currently have two initiatives; Feeding and Hygiene. These two projects not only provide meals, but also the basic needs for the individuals. While the feeding project models our mission “Eliminating Food Insecurity One Meal at a Time”, the hygiene project is aimed towards making basic necessity bags for both men and women. 

Feeding Finlay started out in May of 2020 as an early morning Saturday activity. On September 22, 2020, Feeding Finlay became an official non-profit organization in the State of South Carolina. Feeding Finlay has impacted more than 80 homeless individuals that reside in and around the park and continues to grow larger each month.
