For over 26 years, the mission of the Fair Housing Council of Riverside County, Inc. is to provide comprehensive services which affirmatively address and promote fair housing (anti-discrimination) rights and further other housing opportunities for all persons. With your donation, this will help with providing rental assistance funds and provide more community outreach opportunities for low income families, families residing in transitional housing, and section 8 participants.

Your donation will go towards emergency housing assistance; to families facing eviction; to a homeless person looking for a warm bed to sleep in; to someone facing a lockout from foreclosure! One of FHCRC's success stories:

Fair Housing Council of Riverside County Inc., (FHCRC) helped with the assistance of a disabled homeless man. The client came into our main office in Riverside, seeking assistance with finding a home. He is currently homeless due to the abuse of a care giver. The client was in a stable home with a live in care giver who became very abusive; the client feared for his life. The client realized this was not the way he should be living his life and decided he needed to leave this situation.  He pretended to go to the store and never returned. The client has lived on the streets and in a shelter for the past three (3) months. FHCRC has worked diligently along side other agencies to find this client a home. With our help, the client moved into his new home on November 1, 2013.
