Field of Dreams Learning

Coinciding with the Thanksgiving Holiday and the kickoff of the holiday shopping season, #GivingTuesday, provides all of us an opportunity to give back. 

On December 2, #GivingTuesday, you can make a big impact on the lives of underserved young people in Southeast Los Angeles by making a donation online (LINK). With your help, we’ll raise funds to support our mentorship program, educational field trips, college visits, and many more services for our youth.

Founded in 2011 in Norwalk, CA, FODL serves young people between the ages of 16 through 24. FODL re-engages and inspires young people with our comprehensive services, including Educational, Leadership, Counseling, Mentorship and College and Career Preparation services to help our students achieve their education and career goals.

How can you be part of it? Here are a few simple ideas:

• Consider making a gift on #GivingTuesday (LINK)
• Help us get the word out on social media by sharing this post and using the hashtags #GivingTuesday and #FODL2014
• Take a photo telling others why you are supporting FODL and post it on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram (see above)

#GivingTuesday marks the kick off of Field of Dreams Learning’s (FODL) end-of-the-year fundraising campaign. With your support we can raise $5,000 for Field of Dreams Learning before December 31, 2014.
