We achieve this by offering comprehensive vocational training and education, personalized case management, and accessible health and behavioral health services for uninsured and under-insured individuals. About our Project: The Findley Foundation was established to enhance the overall health of individuals in Milwaukee County by offering free medical care to the most vulnerable populations with limited resources. We focus on supporting low-income individuals and families who are underinsured or uninsured. Our range of medical services includes Covid-19 testing and vaccinations, a behavioral health clinic, family planning, laboratory services, food resources and pantry, vocational training, and housing assistance, among others. We are committed to delivering free medical services that ensure timely, clinically appropriate, evidence-based, and well-regulated access to healthcare. This commitment reflects our mission to help individuals achieve health, healing, and wholeness.

Project Need: Last year, we provided care to over 6,000 patients with various health conditions. Among this group, only 20% were covered by Medicare or Medicaid, resulting in an uninsured rate of 80%. By tackling social determinants of health, developing impactful community resource solutions to eliminate barriers to healthcare access, and promoting health education both individually and within the community, we aim to increase the number of patients receiving assistance and enhance the economic quality of life for many.
