Fleur De Que

Fleur De Que is a Louisiana non-profit corporation and 501(c)(3) charity whose primary focus is raising funds for Hogs For The Cause. Hogs for the Cause is a charity that provides grants for variable expenses to families that have children with brain cancer.

Simply put, Team Fleur de Que (FDQ) is a barbeque team with a fundraising problem, and that problem has led to FDQ raising the most money of any team competing at Hogs For The Cause for 10 years in a row, thus repeatedly winning the most coveted Top Fundraiser award. In 2020 and 2021 (combined years due to COVID), Team FDQ raised $700,000 to support families and children struggling in the battle against pediatric brain cancer, thus bringing our lifetime donations to Hogs to over $2.4 million since inception! We are registered as a 501(c)(3) non-profit status, so all of your donations to us are 100% tax-deductible according to Louisiana law.

For the proud members of FDQ, there is no greater mission than raising money for the families supported by Hogs. While the professional chefs may take home the trophy for Best Ribs or Pulled Pork, Team FDQ is committed to retaining our fundraising title for many years to come. That being said, our smoke ain't too bad either, as we finished 4th overall in 2013 and 9th overall in 2014 while competing against some of the finest and most acclaimed BBQ chefs in the country. We're busy preparing to bring the heat in 2022, and would be fired up to have your support!
