Fly Right

Fly Right, Inc. welcomes the opportunity to go into public and private schools.  We use the teachable moments in school assemblies to encourage students to excel in academics, say no to drugs, seek someone to mentor them and choose their friends wisely. 

The kids are given a chance to communicate their needs via an index card that is passed out before the assembly.  These cards have proved to be extremely helpful. 

In one instance, we were able to intervene for a teenage girl who wrote that she was comtemplating suicide. Her card was forwarded to the principal and the proper authorities and her death was prevented.

Our programs are intentionally designed to contrast good and bad consequences in regards to personal behavior.

Fly Right, Inc. is also on a mission to make a difference in prisons as well.  Statistics have shown that the recidivism rate in the US is very high.  According to a recent study by the Bureau of Criminal Justice, 67.5% of offenders are rearrested within 3 years with 52% returning to prison. 

We are very concerned about this. A person will most likely offend again if not taught another way of life. 

Our approach is based upon the experience of seeing lives changed after the acceptance of Christ as Savior.
