Residents of the Inland Empire were among the first to die of AIDS in the earliest days of the epidemic, and today thousands of local residents know a family member or friend living with HIV/AIDS.

Here is some information about FAP clients:

  • 90 percent live on low fixed incomes and struggle to secure and maintain stable housing and nutritious diets.
  • 70 percent of our clients struggle with chronic health conditions in addition to HIV, such as COPD, cancer, heart disease, diabetes, substance abuse, and physical disabilities.
  • 65 percent are minorities who face healthcare disparities and multiple layers of community stigma.
  • 50 percent seek meaningful support in their recovery from addictions.
  • 35 percent are women living with HIV, many raising small children.

Your tax-deductible donation to FAP will ensure our local neighbors with HIV/AIDS recieve the support and care they need to live with HIV and protect others from infection.
