Foothills Animal Rescue Inc

We operate a cage free, no-kill facility in North Scottsdale, providing a safe haven for all our animals until they are adopted. Volunteers assist with the daily maintenance of the shelter and we are grateful for their support.          

     FINDING "FUREVER" HOMES IN 2015

Our goal:  

For 2015 we are committed to finding homes for 600 pets that are at-risk at public shelters. Some of our animals that come to us that are abandoned, abused, neglected and wind up unloved and eventually homeless. We use many forms of social media to promote awareness and bring our shelter pets to various pet retailers and adoption events throughout the year to find the right match for not just our pets but our prospective families as well.

Foothills helps to provide a temporary home for dogs and cats with the assistance of dedicated and passionate volunteers. We have a shelter facility and foster program. We promote and encourage responsible pet care with the emphasis on spay or neuter, micro-chipping and vaccinations of cats and dogs. 

We are committed to providing the best care we can give to our cats and dogs.  This includes dental care, special medical issues including surgical procedures when required, socialization/play time and finding the best homes possible for each animal.
