Footprints Foundation creates a diverse and inclusive environment through free and affordable CPR/First Aid, fitness + wellness programming throughout the New Orleans metro area & Louisiana. We're here to celebrate the true essence of New Orleans culture by honoring our city's music, people, cuisine, and more in a balanced way through health + wellness education. You can have your "beignet" and eat it too! Just hold the extra powdered sugar!

Footprints Foundation is the nonprofit dream of Footprints To Fitness, bringing more high quality fitness + wellness educational programming to our community, especially. We create programming, events, and trainings from early childhood groups to seniors that are fun and accessible for all ages, while celebrating the culture of New Orleans. We're all about moving to the beat our our own brass band!
