Forget Me Not Village

Forget Me Not Village is a vibrant, compassionate community designed to support individuals living with dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and other brain injuries — and to provide their families with hope, relief, and connection.

Located in the heart of Southern Oregon, our village offers a full spectrum of care and engagement, from adult day programs and Rock Steady Boxing for Parkinson’s to warm-water pool therapy, massage, sauna, and family support groups. Every element of Forget Me Not Village is built around dignity, joy, and belonging — ensuring that no one walks this journey alone.

We believe that care should feel like community. Through specialized programs, innovative wellness activities, and the support of our dedicated team and volunteers, we’re creating a place where memories are honored, families are strengthened, and life continues to be lived fully.
