Fort Worth Medical Orchestra

The Fort Worth Medical Orchestra is a community orchestra based in Fort Worth, TX. The ensemble comprises of doctors, nurses, students, professional/amateur musicians, and other healthcare professionals. Out of about 40 medical orchestras in the U.S., the Fort Worth Medical Orchestra is the only such orchestra in north Texas. 

Since our humble beginnings 3 years ago, our orchestra has grown both in size and impact. We have witnessed firsthand how music can touch the hearts of our entire community and how it revives passion in the souls of healthcare workers. Through the universal language of music, we serve as a source of hope, comfort, and inspiration in the DFW metroplex.

As we aim to expand our reach, we also strive to support a greater cause than ourselves. A portion of all of our ticket sales and proceeds go to the support of various healthcare initiatives and charitable organizations. As a group that is made up of healthcare workers, we understand the needs of those who need help the most. We are committed to giving back to the community and furthering our mission to improve lives through music and medicine, making each note played an act of kindness and compassion.
