Forward Thinking Initiatives Inc

Forward Thinking Initiatives is an educational non-profit that has been teaching entrepreneurship to teens for 13 years. We work with all student groups from gifted to academically at-risk in order to give them exciting options when entering the workforce. Our programs not only teach business and career skills but they also stress leadership, innovative and critical thinking.

We strive to develop a more competitive emerging workforce because FTI understands that some young people will use their knowledge to become better "intrapreneurs" while others may go on to invent products and still others may start community-based non-profits or service companies. It is our hope to support young people who simply want the confidence in knowing that they can make their own jobs in uncertain times.

Through partnerships with community organizations, schools and the business community, Forward Thinking Initiatives continues to run award-winning programs throughout Tampa Bay.
