Good mental health should be everyone’s right!  But unfortunately, that is simply not the case. One in every five people will experience a major mental health issue at some point in their lives. Chances are good that you know or are close to someone who has experienced a mental, emotional or behavioral challenge in their life.

Now, more than ever before, there is hope for people with mental, emotional and behavioral disorders. There is much to be said about the progress made in the last decade for those who suffer from mental and emotional disorders. Help is available and the Foundation for Mental Health works to support community based psychiatric and mental health services.
