Our Mission Is To Provide Programs and Resources Enabling Seniors to Enhance Their Well-Being And Give Them A More Meaningful Life.

  The Foundation for Senior Care is a non-profit that provides services for seniors and disabled adults. We offer 4 programs:

1. Care Van & Expanded Rides Transportation Services - rides for seniors and disabled adults for medical appointments, grocery and other locations in the Greater Fallbrook area. Expanded Rides takes seniors to medical appointments up to 55 miles away (San Diego to Temecula and points between). Including wheelchair transport.

2. “The Club” - Fallbrook Adult Day Care Center - provides non-medical, social and recreational activities for those with cognitive impairments and physical disabilities, while giving family caregivers much needed respite and support.  Monday-Friday.

3. Senior Care Advocacy & Door-Through-Door programs - providing in-home assessments, safety checks, resources and referrals to help seniors remain safely in their own homes, manage medical concerns, and find solutions to complex challenges. Door-Through-Door helps clients maneuver through hospitalizations and  skilled nursing stays, helping to ensure they have the resources and support they need when they get home.

4. Senior Care Computer Learning Center - Seniors teaching seniors about computers, the internet, smartphones and so much more.
