TannerTanner deserved a second chance and Fortunate Pooches gave it to him! Sadly, after we pulled Tanner from death row in a kill shelter, our vet discovered that poor Tanner has a huge tumor on his abdomen that needs to be removed, plus he has significant dental problems that require surgery as well.
