Frankfort Independent Schools Education Foundation Inc

The Frankfort Independent Schools Education Foundation is a 501(c)3 that exists to promote, protect and perpetuate the Frankfort Independent Schools in Frankfort,KY, The district is small district with about 240 kids in high school and 600 in K-8, We are one of the oldest districts in Kentucky and we have produced Tony Award winning producers, high profile athletes, numerous politicians, captains of industry and countless other successful graduates. Being located in the capitol city has a major drawback.  The majority of the property in our district is either state or city owned therefore we can not collect property tax on that property. The FISEF is now fundraising to help offset this situation.
