Who We Are.  Fresh Start Home Community Development Corporation, (FSHCDC) is a (6) six-year-old faith-based nonprofit social enterprise, expanding its operations in the marketplace, to address an unmet need at the grassroots, to advance Airbnb interim housing, supportive homeownership and our "Building Wealth Club", to ensure our Strategic Planned Endeavors Succeed.   Our goal is to Eliminate Housing & Economic Disparities, And Their Causes among AT Risk dark-skinned Hueman/Color Spiritual Beings AKA Black, African, Egyptian, and all people of color, to thrive - where We live, work and play, launching on the Chicago Southside 2020 and beyond...  

What We Do.  We create innovative common-sense approaches via a fresh new program, to address our broken bias infrastructure challenges in all areas of government.   Our Marketplace Niche, “Fresh Start Home Acquisition Program”, with the right support, is designed to fill the service gaps and removes the barriers to create a Seamless Bridge to Ownership, to Build Generational Wealth,  building alongside multigenerational Community Partners, to impact the world for good, to Enjoy Life Experience, And to leave a legacy to compete for our children's children. 

Our Mission.  Empowering The Masses, to create An Economic & Social Impact for generations to come, local to global. 

Our Funding Goal.  Year (1)  goal is to raise $250K, to Build Capacity, Capital & Brand, to develop our Phase 1 Cohort of 25 New Homes, Buyers & Entrepreneurs, to create An Evidence-Based Community-Driven Model, to duplicate.
