FRIENDS FIRST Inc

FRIENDS FIRST is a non-profit organization that was established in 1993 to serve students, their parents and the community by educating and mentoring teens to make positive life choices and develop healthy relationships.

FRIENDS FIRST provides resources for peer-to-peer mentoring with an emphasis on future focus, self-awareness and leadership training. Through a positive youth development approach FRIENDS FIRST seeks to increase school engagement, graduation rates, positive relationships, leadership skills and opportunities for teens to be successful now and in the future.

Today, FRIENDS FIRST impacts nearly 5,000 students and adults yearly through its STARS mentoring program, positive youth development classroom curriculum, school assemblies, community-based trainings and youth leadership conferences.
