Friends of Anne Arundel County Trails Inc

To this end, Friends has a Board of Directors that votes on all of the projects in which we are involved. We are dedicated volunteers that work closely with the Department of Recreation and Parks of Anne Arundel County. 

If you have been on any of the trails in Anne Arundel County you have seen our work and influence.  Our projects include, flowerbeds, Hatton Regester Park, Jonas Green Park, Babington Green Park, The Planet Walk to name a few. 

We work with corporations and obtain grants to enhance the trails with art as well as with projects to get residents to the parks for health and excercise.  We are launching, with the help of Wegmans and Department of Revreation and Parks, the Eat well/Live Well Passport program.  Designed to get families out into the parks for health and fun with goals and even prizes.

We are ready to move on projects as simple as engraved bricks in several of our pocket parks, to projects as expansive as our Planet Walk with amazing public art sculptures.  Donations to our organization go only to YOUR trails.  We do not have any paid positions on our Board.
