Friends of Belle-Rivière (FBR) is a 501(c) 3 charitable organization established in 2008 to work directly with community leaders to address basic needs. The Friends of Belle-Rivière mission is to assist the residents of Belle-Rivière in the long-term development of their community by meeting basic human needs for food, clean water, health, education, and sustainable commerce.
