At the Friends of Goshen Agriculture our mission is tri-fold: preserve Goshen's rich agricultural heritage. Protect Goshen's life-giving farmland. Promote the hardworking farmers and farms who call Goshen home. 

As the pressure on food producing properties across the nation has increased, the demand for fresh and local food has skyrocketed. Local agriculture is more important than ever. At the same time, farmland is rapidly diminishing. Saving local food-producing land is critical to ensure future generations can continue to farm. Being able to get fresh eggs, honey and fruit from the farmstand down the street, or fresh produce, meat or dairy products (and even wine!) from the farm next door, provides families and community members much-needed, healthy resources.
