Restoring 3 miles of historic jack fence through the “Buy-A-Buck” campaign to preserve historic integrity and increase public safety by keeping cattle off the highway

Building and maintaining the John Muir ADA Compliant Interpretive Trail & Fishing Access (3/4 mile loop trail and fishing platform)

Purchasing grooming equipment to aid in the upkeep of winter trails

Replacing trail signs and providing updated interpretive materials

Funding the Jr. Ranger Program designed to educate youth about the natural wonders of Harriman

Providing resources to support a native plant garden to teach the public about local plants

Hosting a yearly "Skiathon" to generate awareness of winter park activities

Investigating a potential bridge replacement preserving the connection between Harriman State Park and the local community
