Friends of Little Orange Creek Inc

We were fortunate enough to be awarded a grant from Florida Conservation Trust for the purchase of 1200 beautiful acres in North Central Florida.  The acquistion was for conservation with 65 acres to be set aside for an environmental education center/nature museum/community events center in the existing structure on the property. 

While this house is being renovated and made ADA accessible,  we want to start environmental education/stewardship programs for children and recreational and cultural opportunities for the community. 

To do this legally, we need to build an outdoor nature pavilion and bathroom facility on the property. Then we can invite the public to enjoy the property and begin facilitating nature programs led by volunteer environmental scientists and teachers on the flora and fauna of the area and strategies for protecting their habitat. 

We have accrued approximately $70,000 from grants and private donors, and have only $30,000 left to raise!  Please help us open this beautiful property to the public by donating here through Razoo.  Thank you very much!
