Friends of Marshall Animals Inc

Friends of Marshall Animals (FOMA) is a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the Marshall animal shelter, Marshall Pet Adoption Center (MPAC). Our mission is to assist the Marshall Pet Adoption Center by providing financial and operational support, community outreach and education, and implementing programs to eliminate the killing of adoptable pets, in order to maintain Harrison County as a Best Friends certified no-kill community. This status was first achieved in 2023, when 93% of the animals taken in had a positive outcome.
