Friends of Sutter’s Landing Park

Friends of Sutter’s Landing Park is a volunteer organization with a vision to transform the retired City Landfill into a serene urban nature park. Sutter’s Landing Park, formerly known as the C Street Dump, lies adjacent to the American River Parkway in Midtown Sacramento. Sutter’s Landing could be a nature park in the middle of the central city, providing habitat for wildlife, as well as great access to trails along the American River for people.
