The Friends of the Children of Cambodia (FOCC), was founded in 2007 with the support of a Board of five Friends. For the past 10years, FOCC sponsored The Cambodian Children's House of Peace, which has provided residential care and education for over 50 countryside children who otherwise would not have had an opportunity for a sustained education. Many have now graduated from high school and continued on to university, and many progressed to vocational training in the culinary arts, baking and pastry, motorbike mechanics, sculpture, electricians, etc. CCHP currently provides several English classes throughout the day for neighborhood children, as well as assistance for their nutritional and health care needs.

In 2017, FOCC began a sponsorship of THE CAMBODIAN BLIND STUDENTS ASSOCIATION, which provides funding for the tuition, room and board of blind students who wish to attend university. Two of these students, one the founder of CBSA, graduate this year, one with a B.S. in Business Administration, the other a B.A. in Tourism. Four more high school graduates seek an opportunity to attend university.

CBSA, in collaboration with massage therapist, Savuth Yann, have launched HEALTHY MASSAGE BY BLIND PEOPLE, both a massage service and a vocational training center for massage. Three of these aspiring students are currently trained staff at the center. With their income and additional support from donations, they will soon fulfill their dream of attending university.
