Fletcher Free Library is an urban public library offering a welcoming place for people to gather, connect and learn. Our trained staff helps patrons locate the materials and information they need for work and pleasure.

Most of our educational and cultural programming is funded private contributions. Online gifts through this site go to the Friends of Fletcher Free Library in direct support of the our youth and adult literacy and cultural programming. The Friends is a 501(c)(3) organization and all contributions are tax-deductible. The processing costs for our online credit card transaction is 4.9%. Please consider adding this to your donation. 

Your support strengthens our mission of serving the evolving educational and cultural needs of the Greater Burlington community. We are excited to share we are currently welcoming record numbers of community members and visitors to our Library. Thanks to YOU and our other loyal supporters, we are able to offer our patrons programs, resources and connections that respond to individual and community educational and cultural needs.

We are excited to announce our new STRATEGIC PLAN to guide future Library services will be developed over the Spring and Summer of 2014. Shortly we will be contacting supporters and patrons for help prioritizing directions and activities. As a valued donor we will look to you for input in this planning process.
