The Friendship Clinic has EXCITING NEWS! We are changing our name to The Marie Blanchard Friendship Clinic in honor of our Founder and Executive Director, Marie Blanchard as she retires from active clinic management beginning 2017.  While we will be carrying on without Marie's daily presence, rest assured that the Board of Directors for The Marie Blanchard Friendship Clinic remains actively committed to providing care for our neighbors who remain outside the boundaries of Idaho's health insurance system. As always, we need and appreciate your help and support in this mission!

Please help The Marie Blanchard Friendship Clinic, Boise Valley Habitat for Humanity, and All Saints Episcopal Church raise $20,000 for repairs to keep the roof sound and dry for all our community needs!

One of the greatest gifts that The Marie Blanchard Friendship Clinic receives is the gift of free space. Our clinic is housed in All Saints Episcopal Church through the church’s generous mission of community outreach. Others also benefitting from All Saints outreach include Boise Valley Habitat for Humanity, Foster Grandparents, Boy Scouts of America Troop 123, Alcoholic Anonymous, and Overeaters Anonymous. Other programs in partnership with All Saints include St. Vincent de Paul Thanksgiving Box Program, the Angel Tree program, Pridefest, and Crop Walk funding and support. The church also supports a Refugee Community Garden and provides the ministry of the All Saints Children's Center Preschool. The Parish Hall also serves as the emergency meeting center for both Monroe Elementary and Jefferson Elementary Schools.

 

BUT WE HAVE A PROBLEM—Our 59 year old roof is leaking, and MUST BE REPAIRED VERY SOON to keep all of our organizations housed and operating! All Saints cannot do this without our help! We know many of you have given already, and we deeply appreciate these gifts to our ongoing operations.

 

Please, as 2016 comes to a close, consider one last gift on #Giving Tuesday. All funds to this event will go EXCLUSIVELY to the roof repairs!
