Friendship Community is a Christian nonprofit organization cultivating capabilities of Individuals with Intellectual Disability and Autism in Lancaster and Lebanon Counties since 1972. With two thriving art programs and 24 residential homes, all serving over 120 individuals in two counties, Friendship Community continues its vital work every day to Impact the World with Capabilities.

Founded in 1972 through the efforts of concerned parents and the local church, Friendship Community provides residential and support services for Individuals and their families who desire a Christian setting. Friendship Community has grown from serving 10 people to over 200. Meaningful and innovative programs provide daily stimulation for the physical, emotional and spiritual well-being of those we serve. Because of volunteers, friends and supporters like you, Friendship Community continues to impact the world with relationships, integrity, spirituality and excellence.
