Friendship House, Inc.

The Friendship House provides an array of therapeutic living environment and counseling services to support individuals recovering from mental health and substance abuse issues to aid in the transition to the next phase of their recovery.

Established in 1968, the Friendship House has been providing Halfway House services to adult males recovering from substance use addictions in the heart of Grand Island. We promote recovery through the establishment of a therapeutic and supportive environment, caring staff, and partnering with our community to provide a carefully structured recovery-focused atmosphere. In 2017, we expanded to begin offering bilingual mental health and substance use outpatient counseling services.
