Future Focused Academy

At Future Focused Academy, we believe every young adult deserves the tools, support, and confidence to build a successful future—no matter where they start.

Founded in Erie, PA, Future Focused Academy is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to equipping young adults (ages 18–22) with essential life skills, financial literacy, and career readiness training. We started with a simple yet powerful idea: what if we gave young people the kind of education that isn’t taught in traditional classrooms—but is critical to thriving in the real world?

Our program combines hands-on classes, professional mentoring, field trips to local organizations, and one-on-one support to help participants unlock their full potential. From learning how to budget and build credit, to mastering professional etiquette and exploring career pathways, our students leave with more than knowledge—they leave with a plan.

In just a short time, we’ve already seen incredible results: young adults landing full-time jobs, opening bank accounts, building credit, and finding a renewed sense of purpose.
