Since 2011, GEM has been a rapid response force for communities struck by disaster. With 97% of every dollar going directly to mission activities, your support creates immediate, measurable impact.

As we mark our 15th anniversary, your generosity has fueled a global impact: over $650 million in aid across 74 countries, 465 million meals, 45 million liters of clean water, 220,000+ homes and businesses repaired, and 55,000 people safely evacuated.

When Hurricane Melissa struck, GEM’s Caribbean team in Kingston committed $20 million in aid, delivering over $4.3 million in supplies across Jamaica. Through 15 cargo planes, 8 containers, and 1 cruise ship, we’ve distributed 500 metric tonnes (1.1 million lbs) of essentials each week to the hardest-hit communities.
