The Pregnancy Help Center of Lufkin began in 1984 as a small ministry offering hope and refuge for women facing an unexpected pregnancy. The mission to offer a safe, confidential environment where women can find guidance, support, and the encouragement needed during a challenging time continues today. As we celebrate 40 years of ministry, we remain driven by compassion and a deep belief that EVERY LIFE has value. Today, women continue to find education, counsel, practical help, and, most importantly, a sense of dignity through the services we provide. It isn't just about choosing life-it's also about empowering women to feel strong, capable, and supported as they make life-altering decisions. Women are not the only ones who need help. Fathers, too, often struggle to navigate the challenges that come with pregnancy and parenting. PHCOL has expanded its outreach to serve entire families, creating a nurturing environment where both mothers and fathers can receive the resources and support they need to thrive. Our vision is clear: to offer hope, support, and the love of Christ to those who need it most.
