G. W. CARVER MIDDLE SCHOOL PTSA

The G.W. Carver Middle School PTSA collaborates with parent volunteers, teachers, students and school staff to improve the educational activities for our students and provide supplemental resources to our school administration. Our main objective is to promote advocacy for the students by providing a welcoming, supportive school community to ensure that every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Give Miami Day is one the largest giving events at GW Carver! Funds raised have supported major projects in our school, such as renovating our Media Center, technology upgrades, auditorium improvements, re-finishing the gym floor, and more!

This year our Give Miami Day fundraising goal is $40,000. 

We are actively raising funds for enhancements to upgrade school facilities, modernize classrooms and purchase new equipment.  Our focus this year is to bring our community together to support and advance our school through dedicated fundraising efforts. We aim to secure essential resources for two key initiatives: constructing a new guardhouse to enhance campus security and updating technology to ensure our students have access to the latest tools for learning. By investing in these critical improvements, we will create a safer, more innovative environment that fosters educational excellence and prepares our students for a bright future. Together, we will build a stronger school community where every student can succeed and every educator can excel.
