Garvey Senior Activity Center Council Inc

St. Mary's County has the fastest growing senior population (50+) in the state of Maryland.  The Garvey Senior Activity Center Council, Inc.'s, primary cause is to be instrumental to ensure the seniors today and tomorrow have ample programs, activities and the space needs to stay active and healthy.  Our Council raises funds to supplement programs and activities offered at Garvey.  A new building is being designed and will be located in Leonardtown (Hayden Farm, next to SMECO) and anticipated to be completed in 2018.  The funds we raise will supplement requirements for the current and new building:  exercise equipment, arts & craft materials, new programs, etc.
