Gateway Alliance Project

A nonprofit organization

The Gateway Alliance Project, a Texas-based non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, is committed to empowering marginalized individuals and advancing a more equitable criminal justice system in Texas. Our goal is to break the cycle of incarceration through transformative advocacy, comprehensive re-entry programs, and diversion alternatives for at-risk youth.

Our Core Programs and Services:

Re-Entry Programs and Wrap-Around Services:  We offer a range of supportive services to formerly incarcerated individuals, aiming to reduce recidivism, enhance rehabilitation, and foster safer communities. Our programs focus on achieving financial independence and breaking the cycle of post-conviction poverty, ultimately contributing to a safer North Texas.

Addressing the School-to-Prison Pipeline:  We tackle the school-to-prison pipeline—a troubling trend where education and public safety policies funnel students, particularly Black and Brown girls, into the criminal justice system. Through education, mentorship, and support services, we empower these young individuals to make positive life choices and build a brighter future.

Advocacy and Transformative Approaches:  We advocate for approaches that move beyond mere punishment, promoting a justice system that prioritizes rehabilitation and fairness. Our efforts aim to foster a more just and equitable community throughout North Texas.

How You Can Help:Your support is crucial to achieving our mission. By investing in the Gateway Alliance Project, you help us provide essential resources, support, and advocacy to those who need it most. Together, we can ensure that every Texan has the opportunity to thrive and contribute to a more just society. If you believe in creating opportunities for success and fostering a fairer criminal justice system, consider supporting the Gateway Alliance Project today.
