Genesys Works

Genesys Works provides high school students with professional and job-specific skills training, arming students with the knowledge they need to be successful in the economic mainstream.

After completing training, the students begin an internship at one of Chicago's major corporations, building confidence and realizing they can succeed as professionals in the corporate world.

Our program's unique model has proved highly successful in preparing students to meet the challenges of a changing workforce.
