Since 1989, Georgia Parent Support Network, Inc. (GPSN) has been a trusted source of hope, support, and advocacy for children, youth, young adults, and families across Georgia.

As a statewide 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, GPSN is dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and families navigating mental health, emotional, and behavioral challenges. We believe that no family should have to face these challenges alone.

Through education, advocacy, peer support, and community-based services, GPSN helps families find the resources, encouragement, and connections they need to build brighter futures.

What We Do

At GPSN, we turn compassion into action through programs and services that:

• Empower Parents & Caregivers: Providing education, guidance, advocacy, and peer support to help families navigate challenges with confidence.

• Support Youth & Young Adults: Creating opportunities for personal growth, life skills development, employment readiness, and independence.

• Strengthen Communities: Connecting families with resources, support networks, and services that promote wellness and resilience.

• Develop Peer Leaders: Offering Certified Peer Specialist–Parent (CPS-P) and Youth (CPS-Y) training that empowers individuals to use their lived experiences to support others.

• Create Safe & Supportive Environments: Helping children, youth, and families feel heard, valued, and supported throughout their journeys.
