Girl Scouts is fun with a purpose!

At Girl Scouts of Silver Sage, girls get the chance to learn new skills, make new friends, develop their leadership skills and more.

Did you know Girl Scouts of Silver Sage serves more than 4,200 girls across southern Idaho? These girls are engaged in activities such as biking, hiking, snowshoeing and more through our Outdoor Program. In STEM, girls are given the chance to develop skills in science, technology, engineering and math through fun, hands-on experiments and education. Girl also get the opportunity to travel around the world through the Girl Scouts of Silver Sage Travel Program.

Did you know that Girl Scouts are 81% more likely to earn bachelor’s degrees and pursue related careers than non-Girl Scouts?

Did you know that 80% of all female business executives are Girl Scouts? Some of our local alumnae include Connie Miller, President and CEO of ICON Credit Union; Cherie Buckner-Webb, former Idaho State Senator; and Barbara Morgan, retired NASA astronaut.

When You Give to Girl Scouts, Girl Scouts Give Back!

Community service is an important part of Girl Scouting. Last year, Girl Scouts of Silver Sage performed more than 270,000 hours of community service.
